Thank you for shopping at Crystal Pathways. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully to understand our procedures and policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Time Frame

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

1.2 Condition of Items

All returned items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unworn and unused (for jewelry)
  • Unwrapped (for CDs)
  • In original packaging where applicable
  • Include all original tags and labels

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Crystal items that have been cleansed, programmed, or used in energy work
  • Custom or personalized chakra bags
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Digital products (downloadable meditations, guides, etc.)
  • Gift cards

2. RETURN PROCESS

2.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@crystalpathways.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for confirmation and return authorization
  3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided below

2.2 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item received was defective
  • The wrong item was shipped to you
  • The item was damaged during transit

In these cases, Crystal Pathways will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.

2.4 Proof of Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items and keeping proof of postage until your return is processed.

3. REFUND PROCESS

3.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow:

  • 3-5 business days to inspect and process the return
  • 2-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your payment method)

3.2 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/debit card purchases will be refunded to the same card
  • PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account
  • Other payment methods will be handled on a case-by-case basis

3.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned with signs of handling or use
  • CDs with broken seals
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Crystals with chips or damage caused after delivery

4. EXCHANGES

4.1 Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item rather than receive a refund:

  1. Follow the same process as returns
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you desire an exchange and specify the item you would like instead
  3. If the exchange item has a different price, we will either charge the difference or refund the difference accordingly

4.2 Exchange Limitations

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

5.1 Reporting Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage/defect
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item

5.2 Resolution Options

For damaged or defective items, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available)
  • A store credit
  • A full refund including original shipping costs

5.3 Special Considerations for Crystals

Natural crystals may have variations in color, size, and inclusions. These natural variations are not considered defects. However, if a crystal arrives broken or significantly different from its description, please contact us for resolution.

6. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

6.1 Jewelry and Metal Sensitivities

If you experience skin irritation or an allergic reaction to any of our jewelry, please discontinue use immediately and contact us. While we cannot accept returns on used jewelry, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

6.2 CDs and Audio Products

CDs may be returned if unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Once a CD’s seal is broken, it can only be returned if defective (e.g., will not play, skips, etc.).

6.3 Chakra Bags and Fabric Items

Chakra bags and fabric items can be returned if unused and in their original condition. Items with signs of use, including evidence of crystal storage, cannot be returned.

7. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

7.1 Process

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returning items.

7.2 Customs Documents

Please mark returned packages as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional customs charges. Crystal Pathways is not responsible for any customs fees incurred during the return shipping process.

8. CANCELLATIONS

8.1 Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@crystalpathways.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.

8.2 Processing Time

Cancellation requests will be processed within 1 business day. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return procedure.
